Top three platform points

1. Ensure that in the new model a broader group than just the Board of Directors is involved in setting WUSA's advocacy stances
2. Re-evaluating WUSA's housing advocacy strategy (i.e. Moving past "educating students on their rights" to legislative changes, ensuring that the legal service program is providing the coverage students need, evaluating the feasibility of WUSA-run housing)
3. Creation of a student-run accessibility service

Reason why someone should vote for you in 100 words or less

No one said that university would be easy, and there’s certainly no shortage of difficulties we- as students- face. Toxic work environments, predatory housing companies & landlords, increasing cost of living, unpredictable tuition hikes for international students, and long wait times for accessing mental health supports- these are just a few of the unpleasant issues that complicate student life.

As your VP, Education, I've spent a lot of time delving into these topics, and acting swiftly to address student concerns as they surfaced this past year. If you want a VP with experience, strategic vision, and a demonstrated commitment to consulting, co-creating, and engaging with students at Large- vote for me.
